Meet Kimberly

Kim Levitt's passion for real estate began in 2005 when she obtained her real estate license. She was an exceptionally successful Accredited Buyer's Representative in Bergen County, New Jersey for close to 20 years. Kim built a successful career and a solid foundation of clients and referrals through her professionalism, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and commitment to always putting her clients' needs first.

Over the last few years, she was part of a real estate group with Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty, which was a Circle of Excellence 10-year platinum recipient and the #1 team in Closter, Cresskill, and Demarest combined in sales volume and transactions. Kim also accumulated memberships in the Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS^®, the New Jersey Association of REALTORS^®, and the National Association of REALTORS^®.

Kim began her career in the heart of New York City in the financial industry for 15 years before venturing into real estate. Today, she draws upon her financial expertise to navigate the ever-changing landscape of South Florida's real estate market. Prior to that, she graduated from Binghamton University with a concentration in business and psychology.

Today, Kim lives in Delray Beach, Florida, with her husband and their dog, Buddy, while her three kids now reside in New York City. Having moved to South Florida at the peak of the COVID real estate boom, she has developed an unparalleled understanding of the unique variables that impact the housing market in the area. With her unwavering passion, Kim is excited to bring her exceptional skills to South Florida's real estate market while making homeownership dreams come true for her clients.
